Bounty Point Real Estate opened in 2000, with the intention of providing a personal brand of real estate services to the Greater Sacramento Area. Since that time, Bounty Point has participated in various types of real estate transactions and services with one clear goal - "If our customer's needs have not been met, we haven't earned our commission." Even the simplest real estate transaction requires a multifaceted understanding of many different disciplines.

Prior to starting Bounty Point Real Estate, Pam Johnson had 10 years of prior professional experience in the real estate industry. With that background, Bounty Point Real Estate and Pam Johnson are well prepared to assure your needs are met.

Pam graduated with a BA with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior from the University California at Davis. Upon graduation, Pam took a job in San Francisco managing a portfolio of corporate relocation clients. After several years, she took a similar position with a Sacramento company also working with relocation portfolios, traditional residential sales and foreclosure listings. Later, her experience with the short sale and foreclosure markets flourished. More recently, she continues to stay current in the ever changing real estate market working with both buyers and sellers. As a professional Realtor, Pam has held an active real estate license for over 25 years and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Sacramento Association of Realtors.
